Our products are digital files delivered immediately. At checkout you confirm you want the download straight away and that you understand this waives the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once the download has begun.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a file won’t download, is faulty, or isn’t as described, email us within 14 days and we’ll fix it or refund you.
